Support Staff!

Wings is an adolescent residential facility for substance use and mental health disorders.
We are hiring for all-shifts, both full-time and part-time. Position hours vary.

  • Staff are required to work every other weekend.
  • Must have consistent transportation and be timely to all shifts.
  • Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
  • Staff must be willing to submit a background check.

The residential support staff is responsible for the following:-

  • Being a positive role model to the youth you serve-Modeling appropriate boundaries at all times with both male and female clients-Providing dependable
  • Provide consistent supervision to all clients
  • Maintaining communication with others such as counselors, administration,
  • Administor medication after being trained by nursing staff
  • Documenting client behavior, communication, and client watches each shift worked
  • Facilitating family visits, phone calls and zoom calls
  • Overnight staff does moderate cleaning
  • Driving clients to and from outings, recreation, and programming
  • Facilitating communication to multi-disciplinary team including residential manager and administration

The roles and responsibilities of this position are not exhaustive and vary by shift.
