Welcome to Wings!  As the Administrator, I look forward to meeting you.  I have 41 years of experience in the addiction/mental health field.  I hold BS degrees in Psychology and Vocational Rehabilitation with a Masters in Management.  I have worked with adolescents and adults in multiple inpatient and outpatient settings, including Regional Treatment Centers, and several privately owned centers .  It is my pleasure to see that every effort is made to provide quality treatment experiences and the tools necessary for a successful recovery.

Welcome to WINGS! I am the first person you are most likely to talk to when calling WINGS. If you are a placing agency looking for a bed, questions regarding our program, daily
rate or funding, I will be sure to answer your questions as best as possible.

If you are a family looking to place your child, I will work with your insurance company to secure funding, answer questions you may have;  ex. what your child can and cannot bring, visitation, what a typical day consists of and other questions you may have regarding WINGS and our program.  I look forward to working with you in placing your child in our program.

LADC

I have been working in the field since 2011. I am an LADC with a passion for working with youth. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Cloud State University and completed the LADC certificate program at Ridgewater College. I do a little bit of everything here at WINGS from intakes, to tech staff coordination, to counseling in my role as Assistant Program Director. I am happy to bring a positive attitude, flexibility, reliability and hard work with me to work every day. Assisting adolescents on their life’s journey is my calling and watching people grow emotionally, spiritually and psychologically provides me a great deal of joy. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to add to an already strong team here at WINGS.

 Jon Forsyeth - Outreach Director

Hi! My name is Jon Forsythe and I’m the Outreach Director here at WINGS. I’ve been here since we opened our doors and I’ve worn many hats during the last 7 years. Thankfully, now I’m able to focus all my energy and attention on making sure that people know what a great program WINGS is and how they can get their clients and children here.

Most people know me from outside the office, since I’m the main person to exhibit at conferences, attend meetings and visit with all the great Chemical Dependency workers in the state. Whether it’s Social Service agencies, Probation offices or other treatment centers, I’ve probably been there. I’ve met thousands of different people through my travels, and developed hundreds of wonderful relationships. It’s a lot of fun meeting with everyone in so many different venues.

You might not see me in Litchfield, since I’m traveling so much, but if you have any questions about the program feel free to give me a call or drop me an email. I’ll be happy to help or, if I can’t answer your question, I’ll find someone who can.
